Community Apartment Manager position available in Alpine, WY. The position requires clean background, valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to new applicant processing, leasing, rent collection, delinquent collection, daily deposits, budget adherence, data entry, filing, tenant relations, enforcement of community policies, evictions, renewals, supervision of day to day maintenance activities and cleaning.
Candidates with affordable housing program experience are preferred. Must have Marketing experience and ability to network within the community and on social media platforms. Candidate must be detail oriented with established time management skills and Microsoft Office proficiency. Must be a team player.
