Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator

The Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.Work Location: USAWork Arrangement: Fully remote (should be based in the US)Work Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm ETSpecific requirements: Good comm skills, client-facing exposure, multitasking, RPO background is a huge plusDuties and Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment and interview processComplete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirementsDevelop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluatedUpdate candidate statues in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System (ATS), proprietary systems, etc.) Timely review of applicants who have applied via the ATSSchedule complex phone, video and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers Execute the offer process, including creating & routing offer letter and presenting offer to candidate Coordinate candidate background, medical and reference checking processesArrange travel, transportation and accommodation for candidatesCoordinate aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processesEdit and post positions to the ATS accurately and within the specified timeframesAdministratively manage posting of roles to candidate generation channelsEnsure recruitment team are appropriately updated on progress, escalate concerns or obstaclesProvide metric and pipeline reportingProvide other administrative support to recruitment team as needed
