Production Manager
About Us: Stone Innovations is a well-established Granite/Quartz Countertop manufacturer located in Plover, Central Wisconsin, with 25 years and counting of expertise, recognized nationwide. Stone Innovations services the entire state of Wisconsin, daily. All manufacturing is done in Plover, Wisconsin. Stone Innovations also has 3 remote satellite offices adding to the company as a whole.
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative person to join the team. The right candidate will possess the skills needed to direct production employees in a day-to-day manner. They will work in tandem with the Calendar/Scheduling department as well as the Management Team on deadlines and projections.
About The Job: Production Manager should be able to decipher CAD drawings and signal red flags or impediments. This will include an audit on the field measurements prior to being released for production. This position will require a general aptitude of machinery as well as human time-efficiencies. A successful candidate will pair these up to ensure all work is done on time, in a quality and satisfactory manner. Product Quality and Control are key elements to the success of the road crews doing the installation of the material produced.
As Production Manager, you will independently oversee the manufacturing of Stone Countertops and related business operations, including:
Material Handling
Material Sawing
Hand Fabrication – Staging Kitchens for inspection
CNC Machining
Quality Control
Inspection
Oversee or Perform Machine Maintenance – To ensure optimized up/run time. (Training and assistance will be provided)
Decide the difficulty of a project, making sure it will leave the facility on time.
Oversee Installation Crews loading up all material and equipment needed for the given day/jobsite.
