New Resources Consulting is searching for someone to lead our client s Infrastructure, operations and information security for multiple locations. Besides running what is currently set up we are looking for someone with future vision for transforming this area. This will include working on strategy, service offerings and workforce. The ability to be a key stakeholder in the company and build relationships at all levels. You will have 8 direct reports with a total of 60 people in your area. Come in and make a difference! This role is based out of Central WI. Will need to be onsite about 30% of the time. If not local, the company will help with relocation expenses.
Desired Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have knowledge/expertise in the following: - Exceptional leadership skills
- 10 Plus years managing strategy, budgeting and staffing
- Security certification
- Security experience or management of
- Infrastructure experience or management of
- Experience in a service company
- 4 year degree or Masters
- Ability to influence top level staff
- Passion for IT
- Management of data center operations a plus
