Manages resident services, which may include activities, volunteers, medical records, coding, hair stylists and materials/supply orders.
Manages staffing including hiring, orientating, evaluating and continuing education initiatives. This includes determining volunteer qualification and competency with volunteer personnel as appropriate.
Supervises records, billing, certifications and other regulatory documentation to support resident services offered.
Develops and administers plans reflective of organization’s mission and goals. Complies with regulations related to resident services and activities.
Manages and provides reports, documentation and other regulatory paperwork as required by CMS.
Completes a variety of administrative tasks related to resident services, which may include medical records, storage, retrieval, and destruction of files according to established Facility procedure.
Responsible for QAPI (Quality Assurance Performance Improvement) processes within ministry.
Demonstrates customer service skills in accordance with established Facility guidelines.
Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

Four years’ experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
Rare climbing.
