We are looking for a Rental Store Representative or Delivery helper or Crew member or warehouse associate to provide excellent customer service for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability. Said person will be responsible for answering phones, taking rental orders, writing contracts, cleaning party rental items and equipment, some deliveries and duties as requested. Must have some basic computer knowledge, ability to work with people and be reliable. Knowledge of small equipment and/or do-it-yourself projects is a plus.
Must:
- work well with customers and co-workers
- have some computer knowledge is recommended but not necessary
- have a valid driver's license
- be able to lift 70 lbs.
- be willing to learn about equipment and party item for rent
- Cleaning used equipment and party items
- Report safety violations to supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form.
- Comply with government safety requirements and other regulations and security in store.
- Attend department, store and safety meetings.
- Perform other duties as requested.
