Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bilingual (Spanish) Human Resources (HR) Business Partner in the manufacturing industry, based in Shawano, Wisconsin. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in employee relations, onboarding, and community involvement. This role is not a typical 9 to 5 job and requires a proactive approach to fulfill responsibilities.Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for hourly employees, fostering strong relationships with employees and operational leaders Oversee end-to-end support for hourly employees, including onboarding and new employee orientation Conduct thorough investigations when necessary, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws Collaborate with leaders on job profiles, performance evaluations, staffing, and onboarding Support employee relations, career development, and disciplinary actions Communicate and support HR initiatives aligned with business needs Engage in local recruitment efforts and community partnerships Ensure compliance with customer and quality audits Support internal communications, including intranet and social media content Participate in community events and strengthen community ties.For immediate consideration, please apply today! Requirements Proven experience in Human Resources or related field within the manufacturing industry Comprehensive understanding of benefit functions, including plan design and administration Strong skills in employee relations and conflict resolution Proficiency in hiring processes, including recruitment, selection, and negotiation Demonstrated experience in onboarding and new employee orientation Ability to train new employees effectively and efficiently Deep knowledge of applicable employment laws Experience conducting new-employee orientations to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives Proficient in Human Resources (HR) administration tasks Familiarity with compliance requirements and procedures within HR Fluency in Spanish language, both written and spoken Ability to translate HR documents and communications into Spanish.
