We are open to taking Entry-Level and Experienced Candidates for ASSEMBLER ROLE in Roberts, WIJob Description For Assembler :-
The individual in this role will start on the less complex wire and cable assemblies, which will include, crimping, splicing, soldering wire to wire, heat shrinking pore protective coatings over the wires, and following simple SOP and instructions to do so.
They will need to document their work in a travel journal that follows each job through the entire process.
With the variety of work that comes through the building, there are jobs that could be standing or sitting for the entirety of the shift.
Shift and Pay:
1st Shift - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday
1st Shift and 2nd 12hrs of Rotating shift
Pay:- $19/hr., + Based on experience level
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to read a tape measure
Willingness to be flexible to work on a variety of jobs
Must be able to stand 8 hours a day (although some days they may work on a job that allows them to sit, they still need to be able to stand for 8 hours due to all of the different projects they work on)
Must have strong verbal and written communication
Must have strong attendance
Must have a willingness to learn
Must be able to differentiate between colors
