We prefer that you have sailing experience, college education, love working with people (as 80% of the job is customer service while sailing on the lake), learn quickly, do not get seasick, and want to learn how to sail an amazing schooner (tall ship). Perks up to $20 per hour (including tips) when passengers are aboard the boat, meet great people, enjoy sailing on the lake, and learn how to sail.
We require that your schedule is available from May 15 to September 30. If you have another job or responsibilities, those activities are scheduled secondary to a commitment to Red Witch.
