Maintenance Man Needed

Looking for full time maintenance man for property management company who has roughly 150 properties. Would like someone who is a jack of all trades, and who has simple electric and plumbing experience and is a good multitasker. Must be organized and productive with good communication skills. No criminal background. Must have own tools and vehicle. Looking for someone who lives locally as properties are in Kenosha and Racine. Hourly rate based on level of experience and proficiency.
