My name is Stephen and I’m a 46-year-old man living in the Somers area of Kenosha. I’m looking to hire a dependable and caring individual to assist me on weekends and occasionally on weekday mornings and evenings, as well as to fill in when my regular caregiver is unavailable.
I’m disabled and use a mobility scooter (non-ambulatory) and weigh around 95 pounds, so you’ll need to be able to assist with lifting or transferring if needed. Most shifts are just a couple hours at a time, though occasionally longer if I have an appointment.
Duties may include:
- Help with dressing and showering
- Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general tidying)
- Basic meal prep
- Occasional errands or helping me get to appointments
I’m easy to work with and looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and ideally interested in a longer-term role.
Requirements:
- Located in or near Kenosha
- Valid driver’s license
- Background check required
Experience is helpful but not required if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn. If you’re interested in meaningful part-time work helping someone directly, please respond with a brief description of your experience and your availability.
