O&H Danish Bakery is now hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our seasonal call center to help provide our delicious bakery and products to our dedicated and newly excited customers. Customer Service Representatives will help sell, process bakery orders via phone and e-mail, and trouble support logistical concerns for the additional business during the Holiday Season.Customer Service Representatives must be service oriented, outgoing, fast paced, possess an aptitude for learning, and the ability to multi-task. We value all of our customers, and it is important to find Customer Service Representatives who share this same value and desire to provide great service. Work hours are scheduled only for Holiday Season which is Mid November to December 25th. Hours are part time and full time; hours will increase from part time to full time (with overtime) as we approach December 25th. The Mail Order Department is open Sunday - Saturday and workday can range anywhere from 8am - 10pm. Individuals with a flexible and open schedule are preferred, but some accommodations can be made. Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to speak, read, and write English, demonstrate accurate data entry skills, and be able to operate a multiline phone system. Prior customer service experience is required, and experience working in a call center environment is a plus. All qualified applicants should apply online.
