About This OpportunityThe Service Administration Manager is responsible for leading a team of employees engaged in the coordination of activities in response to customer requests for equipment service and preventive maintenance. Primary accountabilities include ensuring that the department is staffed and trained adequately to meet Service Level Agreements as defined in service contracts.Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) is the leading manufacturer of paint booths and finishing systems for a wide variety of industries. Develop and document processes that efficiently apply resources to deliver on service commitments.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance. Hire, train, and coach employees. Conduct performance and merit reviews. Execute disciplinary and corrective actions as needed.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective and timely communication of plans, actions, and expectations.
Prepare periodic summary reports that reflect team performance against customer scorecards and internal metrics. Develop and execute plans to correct performance deficiencies.
Improve individual and team performance by establishing development plans and executing to goals that are relevant to the growth initiatives of the department.
Plan and execute tactical actions at the department level to support corporate initiatives.
Submit resource recommendations supported by documentation of business need.
Manage department expenses to approved budget
What You Have to Offer
3+ years experience in supervision/management of customer service teams
