In this role you will help support the revenue growth and business opportunities by providing site Customer Technical expertise and solutions that decrease waste, improve functionality/runnability and offers solutions from evaluating & analyzing Customer operations, you will provide onsite and virtual technical assistance to customers for existing products. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping up to date with changing technology and taking a proactive understanding of packaging machinery and materials. You will establish and maintain packaging and material vendor relationships in an effort to leverage those relationships when required for customers. You will collaborate with the Research and Development team, Sales, Operations, and quality to help drive growth with our customers.Qualifications, Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in an engineering discipline

5+ years in technical flexible packaging preferred

Product, Industry and organizational specific knowledge, hands on machine experience

Solid trouble shooting/problem solving skills. Technically apt and knows how to leverage technology

Strong Leadership and persuasive communication skills

Willingness to travel, up to 100% of the time with the ability to access air travel within reasonable time

Excellent written and oral communication, Ability to communicate effectively (with executive leadership staff, and internal/external clients)

Coaching and mentoring skills, people development capabilities

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio, Outlook)

Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
