I might have a unique opportunity for an experienced landscaping foreman or team lead with ambitions to expand their career.
I currently have all of the equipment to run a landscaping company, I own a dormant LLC landscaping company registered with the state, I have 23 years of landscaping, civil engineering and land surveying experience that would set us apart from most companies, and a store front to operate out of in Spooner, WI. My only issue is I live and work in the twin cities and cannot run a full time landscaping company out of my home town, Spooner. I have done my due diligence and the need for landscaping work severely outweighs the available workforce in the surrounding area. I have operated a business this way in the past with more work than we could keep up with.
I’m contemplating selling all of my equipment, but figured I’d reach out to see if there is anyone out there who might want to have a conversation about being their own boss and running a landscaping company. Benefits would be a competitive wage, profit sharing, or working off a “no money down” percentage of ownership in the company and its assets. ALL options are open for discussion.
Your involvement would be running the day to day business, running a crew constructing landscaping jobs, hiring and managing crew members. My involvement would be advertising, customer relations, estimating/bidding, billing, landscape design and construction plans for you to work off of.
This is probably a long shot, but maybe there’s someone out there that might want to have a conversation and maybe even have some ideas about how we could make something work.
