Quality Engineer

Position Summary:The Quality Engineer role supports quality services and site, to plan, direct, and implement Syntegon’s Quality management programs and to ensure a positive, safe, healthy, and incident-free work environment.Essential Functions:Responsible for supporting the site's Business Management System (QMS, EMS, OHSMS), writing procedures, processes and instructions.Lead and undertake audits across all areas of the business as well as across the supply chain.Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts to address the root cause of quality related issues. Manage key quality processes (i.e., document control, auditing, non-conforming).Support quality systems by collecting and providing information to internal and external customersInteract with external customers/suppliers on issues such as complaints, improvement plans, documentation, returned material authorization (RMA), etc
