POSITION TITLE:     Associate Project Manager REPORTS TO:          Lead Project Manager 16545 Beloit Rd , New Berlin, WI 53151Waukesha County - WI  Job Responsibilities:Assist Project Managers in day-to-day activities.  Correspond with customers  Coordinate meetings with internal departments on project statuses, production, purchasing  Send out drawing packages for customer approval  Compile internal costs for materials and labor, vendor supplied products and services,  Create reports reflecting profit margins and forecasted sales  Support any special projects as directed by management  Other duties as assigned by supervisor  Train with Project Managers to maintain delivery schedule of the project, project financials, contract language and customer specifications  Career path to a Project Manager in 2-3 years
