Role Title: Digital Customer Experience Consultant

Employment Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire

Duration: 6 months contract or contract to hire

Location: Local to Milwaukee area - must be onsite at least 2 days per week

Role Description: Work on the customer experience program, which is responsible for designing new websites and B2B ordering sites for customers. You will be working with the business teams on what they want to improve and enhance. You will be working and helping an Admin who does some web development coding for content management.

Majority of the role will be more strategic and more focused on technical capabilities. What they want to do to improve their website/customer experience and move their website capabilities to the next level. Examples- define search tool, instructional videos, how to integrate data sources into their sites, integrate with other retailers for content using API technology, sharing their content on some of their major clients sites like Walmart.Advise/consult on the use of functionality and front office processes within Communications, Marketing & Sales Operations
  • Demand analysis, clarification, and prioritization, starting from the conceptual stage, with Communications, Marketing & Sales Operations
  • This position is a critical role for our digital roadmaps in which the Information Technology (IT) helps to enable new business capabilities
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify and classify requests according to priorities and release schedule . Creating requirements with UX/UI and architecture.

Requirements:
  • This person will need to understand HTML and have some coding web development/admin experience (not a full-time part of their job as their job is more strategy)
  • Strong communicator- partner with marketing/sales
  • Business relationship manager- help solve problems- customer experience- marketing, sales, commercial
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on marketing and sales operations is preferred. In addition, you have at least eight (8) years of experience in CRM, PRM and/or other sales, marketing, and communication related systems/applications; and knowledge of how front-office business management information technology can be leveraged for operations
  • Experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS development, preferably with HTML5/CSS3 exposure
  • Good understanding of architectural aspects like Integration Architecture, Security Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture etc. which plays as key IT enablers to CX technology
