Key Responsibilities:
Safely and promptly deliver floral arrangements, gifts, and other products to customers' homes, offices, and event locations.
Handle floral arrangements with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Verify delivery details and ensure accuracy before leaving the shop.
Provide excellent customer service upon delivery by being polite, professional, and punctual.
Communicate with the shop team to handle any delivery issues or address customer questions.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and comply with all traffic laws and safety guidelines.
Assist with occasional in-shop tasks, such as packaging orders or organizing delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable personal vehicle (if shop vehicles are not provided) and current insurance.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements and gifts (up to 25 lbs).
Knowledge of local streets and neighborhoods is a plus.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
