Lead Maintenance Technician
Position Description
Integral Management Company, LLC, a growing real estate company on Prospect Avenue in Milwaukee, is seeking an experienced, full time 40 hrs/wk, Lead Maintenance Technician for a mixed portfolio of multiple residential and commercial properties. The primary responsibility is to complete all assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner, preparing units and completing preventative maintenance at all buildings. Ideal candidates will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air conditioning, landscaping, snow plowing, and carpentry. There is growth potential for a hard-working person who is disciplined and focused on achieving the highest tenant and owner satisfaction.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
· Must provide own hand and power tools
· Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement)
· 2 years Maintenance experience preferred
· Must be able to work on call some weekends and the first and last day of each month (April-August); must be available for overtime if needed
PHYSICAL, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
· Knowledge of building repairs and mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, fire safety, carpentry, landscaping, snow removal and carpentry
· Ability to diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance
· Ability to self-direct and work with a team
· Good organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills is a must

Salary: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
