Compensation: $15.00/hr to start; increases to $18.50/hr after 2 months based on performance,

About the Role
We’re seeking customer-focused Sales Associates to support in-store sales and day-to-day operations at our appliance showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable appliances
Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and backroom
Safely move appliances within the store and assist customers with loading purchases (with dollies/assistance as needed)
Process sales transactions and basic paperwork
Qualifications
Proficient in spoken and written English
Comfortable handling and maneuvering large appliances safely
Customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required—we will train
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Schedule
Full-time or part-time; weekends may be required
