We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Flower Processor. As a Flower Processor, you will be responsible for carefully handling and processing various types of flowers in our production facility. Your primary tasks will include sorting, trimming, and packaging flowers according to established standards to ensure the highest quality products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sorting and Inspection: Carefully examine incoming flower shipments to ensure quality standards are met. Sort flowers based on size, color, and quality criteria.
Trimming and Pruning: Skillfully trim and prune flowers to remove excess leaves, stems, and imperfections while preserving the natural beauty of each bloom.
Packaging: Properly package processed flowers for distribution, following specific guidelines to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transportation.
Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the processing stages, identifying and addressing any issues or defects promptly to maintain high-quality standards.
Sanitization and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation protocols to ensure product safety and compliance with industry regulations.
Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management tasks, including counting, recording, and replenishing stock as needed to support production demands.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation of the processing facility.
