Do you enjoy working in a retail environment but not working every holiday? Are you looking for a position that allows you to have more work life balance? We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who can focus on relationship building with existing clients and selling our products to new clients. This person will work with our Retail team, along with support from our Marketing and Inventory teams.
Swimming Pool Services Vision is to make it easy to have a private paradise in our customers backyards. We are Wisconsin’s only one stop shop for personal resorts. Our award-winning team provides service and support including design, construction, renovation, and finish landscaping for pools and spas.
An ideal candidate for our Customer Experience Specialist will have the following traits:
- Strong drive for sales and performance management
- Self-starting with minimal direction
- Someone who is both task-oriented and people-oriented
- Content to work independently for extended stretches of time
- Enjoys a dynamic work environment in which every day will vary
Duties include:
1. Build relationships with all (approximately 2,000) of our clients
2. Help our clients shop and make suggestive sales
3. Answer and direct phone calls
4. Maintain clean store
5. Stock the store and help manage warehouse
6. Driving a Forklift-no prior experience necessary for this
7. Go to customer’s house to deliver product or perform operation instructions
8. Open and close the store regularly
Requirements Include:
Passing a Pre-employment Drug Screen
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively

This is a full-time position (40+ hours) with a complete benefits package. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short-term Disability, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, and 401K Plan with company match. $1,000 Sign on Bonus to be paid out as $250 after 90 days, $250 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year of continued employment.
