Experienced apartment building mangers (couple preferred) wanted for live in ON-SITE position for mid-size apartment complex in Milwaukee.
Manager(s) must live on site
Building is very clean, quiet and well maintained.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Tenant relations
-Repairs (must have own tools)
-Apartment turnovers
-Showing apartments to prospective tenants
-Maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, snaking drains, general repairs)
The main duties of the caretakers is to keep the property looking good, handle maintenance requests, repairs and show apartments.
Compensation: Monthly salary plus pay for repairs which is dependent on experience and duties performed.
