The successful candidate will complete janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. You are part of the site team, responsible to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment. This position is not eligible for a hybrid work schedule. COVID-19 Vaccination required.

Duties:
Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Clean up after work is complete.
Perform repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
Clean common areas and apartments during turnover process.
Maintain grounds and common areas, including lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, parking areas, and trash pickup.
Provide on-call maintenance service, as directed. Responds to emergencies, as required.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
High School diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of basic building cleaning and maintenance required either through training or experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
Minimum of one (1) year in janitorial and basic maintenance work.
Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Take direction from the supervisor.
Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions.
Flexible to change work plans.
Maintain a professional personal appearance.
Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).

$18/hour with excellent benefits and generous time off and sign on bonus of 5% of annual income being offered!
