RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming calls and transfer calls appropriately
Maintain office and stockroom
Clerical support
Ensure that the property is rented to fullest capacity
Inspect property on regular basis
Regularly run errands (bank, post office, etc.)
Receive resident work orders
Apartment inquiry calls and showings
Receive invoices from contractors
Collect rent payments and process them in a timely manner
Process all lease documents
Deal with resident concerns and problems in a friendly manner
Problem solving
Follow up with collection calls
Must have great customer service skills and the ability to adapt to many job responsibilities during each workday
Must have good typing skills, be organized and meticulous about details
Background in Excel desired
Lifting, bending, twisting, walking in all temperatures and conditions involved as needed
Background screening required

REQUIREMENTS:
Energetic and upbeat with excellent verbal and written skills.
Proficient on the computer, fast learner, ready-willing & able attitude.
High school degree preferred.
Prior customer service work preferred.
40-hours per week will include a rotating Saturday.
Base hourly plus commissions.
