General Description
Job Summary: Assists the Property Manager in the day-to-day operation of the property; assumes leadership and initiative in the absence of the Property Manager. Collaborates with site team and residents to create and strengthen a healthy community, facilitate on-site communication, and monitor property goals. COVID-19 Vaccination required.

PAY: $22-$23/hour DOE. There is also a sign on bonus of 5% of annual income being offered.

Early-close Fridays. Work to 2 pm, paid to 5 pm each Friday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience. At least 1 year of Section 8 HUD housing experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Adhere to complex HUD Section 8 regulatory requirements.
HUD Section 8 recertifications.
Maintain resident account receivable ledgers under supervision which include posting rents.
Experience in OneSite a plus.
Step in as acting manager when site manager is out of the office.
Assist with managing resident issues and concerns.
Assist with apartment/site inspections.
Must have proficient computer skills.
