Seeking an individual who comes with a high degree of multi-tasking & organizational skills. Candidates will have a great deal of responsibility with regards to filing records (both electronically & manually), taking orders & working independently to the satisfaction of the Finance department & General Manager.
Answering Multi-line Phone System
Filing all related documents to the sale of the inventory
Follow through on inventory acquisition (titles, repair invoices, parts, etc.)
Ability to organize files, create new deal paperwork and generate invoices.
Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
-Prior experience is a plus, however we will train if necessary.
