We are looking for trades people to join our installation team who have some basic plumbing and carpentry skills. America's Bath is a fast growing tub/shower replacement company that does work in SE Wisconsin and Chicagoland with offices in Brookfield, WI and Barrington, IL.

You will be responsible for:
Work on a two man installation team
Installing solid surface surrounds and tubs/showers (not acrylic)
Replacing new tub/shower valves and modifying drains for tub to shower conversions
1 day or multiple day installations
Working 3 to 4, 10-12 hour days a week (off Fridays and early Thursdays)
Keeping a clean work area
Completing paperwork related to project
Skills You Should Have:
Plumbing – be able to sweat a valve and connect a drain to a tub/shower. We can train.
Finish Carpentry – The fit and finish of our shower walls must be perfect awesome
Excellent Communication Skills

What we require:
– your own vehicle to get to and from our office
– be able to pass a full background check & clean driving record – you are going into our customer homes
– presentable appearance
– be able to lift 100 to 150 plus pounds with the help of a partner
– great energy and ability to work with a positive attitude
– pride in your work
Starting compensation will be based on your skill set related to our work. Raises will be based on how fast you develop, take responsibility for leading a two man team, and quality of your work. We will provide the ladder for you to climb, it’s up to you as to how fast you want to climb it?
