CNC Machinist
Myshock Tool and Die makes small precision components for medical devices. We are looking for skilled CNC machinists and surface grinders to join our team on first shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
4 days a week (3 day weekends!).

Key Responsibilities
Follow written work instructions to manufacture parts
Properly operate, load, and unload machines
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance
Perform quality inspections using micrometers and calipers and neatly document
Perform operator level machine maintenance
Follow safe practices and housekeeping instructions
Identify and communicate machine operation and part quality problems
Read, write and speak English
Math competency to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ideal candidates
3+ years of CNC machining experience (Milltronics, Emco)
Mechanical aptitude
Competent in blueprint analysis and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Horizontal surface grinding experience at +/- 0.0002” (Acer, Harig)
Ability to multi-task and operate multiple machines
Set up and programming CNC machining centers and lathes
Dependable, detail-oriented, and a great team player
