Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO). This individual will be responsible for leading our software development efforts and driving innovation in our product offerings. Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of our software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize development tasks, and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our product roadmap to maintain our competitive edge.

Manage our SaaS, CRM, and other cloud-based software platforms, optimizing their performance and scalability to support our growing customer base.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the development team, encouraging experimentation and creative problem-solving.

Providing insights and recommendations on technology strategy, investment priorities, and market opportunities.

Drive sales and revenue growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in software development, with deep expertise in SaaS, CRM, and cloud-based technologies.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate to stay on task.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through a revenue-sharing arrangement. The CTO will receive 5% of all revenue generated by the business, providing a strong incentive to drive sales and growth.

Revenue Sharing: As a unique and highly motivating component of the compensation package, the CTO will receive 5% of all revenue generated by the business. This revenue-sharing arrangement aligns the individual's interests with those of the company, providing a direct financial incentive to drive sales and growth. The more revenue the business generates, the more the CTO stands to earn, creating a powerful motivation to excel.

Commission-Based Compensation: In addition to the base salary, the CTO will earn commission based on their performance in driving sales and revenue growth. This commission structure will incentivize the CTO to actively contribute to the company's success by leveraging their technical expertise to drive customer acquisition and retention.

5% Stake in the Company: As a significant component of their compensation package, the CTO will receive a 5% stake in the company.
