We are not a big firm that requires extensive hours and unattainable goals, rather, we take our time and provide our customers with what they ask for, proper service. I have been in the industry for more than 25 years (and We Care Lawn Care, Inc. is 36 years in business) and have worked for companies that have salesmen making promises that they can't deliver on, which creates a 'run through the application' mentality for the production crew. This only creates poor applications and unnessesary service calls which then wears on the technician, no one wins in this situation.
