Storm water removal

In need of some storm water to be pumped out of an outdoor in ground catch basin. Between 6 and 10 feet of water in a cement lined in-ground three foot wide cylinder. It is not a septic tank and it is not connected to the city sewer system, I'm not sure if "catch basin" is the correct term. I do have a indoor floor drain it can be emptied into approximately 30-40 feet away. Will pay CASH.
