We are looking for a property maintenance person for different locations in the Greenfield, Greendale and Milwaukee area.
Duties to include:
respond to tenant maintenance request
Maintain grounds (cutting grass, snow blowing.etc)
Minor plumbing issues
repairs, painting and cleaning of vacant units
Remodel vacant units in timely manner
