Part-Time Maintenance Person- 12-15 hours per week. Must be available for on call after 5 pm and on weekends for additional compensation. Days to be onsite are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 7:30 am to 11:00 am and then back at 3:30 pm to put dumpster back in that were pulled out in the morning.
Job duties include moving of dumpsters to outside of building and then bringing them back in, meeting with vendors, providing access to commercial spaces and units as needed, and minor maintenance.
Competitive hourly wage and stipend for phone and insurance.
