Automotive Mechanic — Full-Time, Year-Round
Established Used Car Dealership with 40+ Years of Community Service

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team full-time, year-round. This is not a lube technician role. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working with both older and newer model vehicles, strong expertise in engines, motors, and overall vehicle performance, and excellent diagnostic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complete inspections on all incoming vehicles.
Document detailed inspection sheets, including vehicle information, issues, and parts needed.
Diagnose mechanical problems and recommend repairs.
Order parts daily as necessary to complete repairs efficiently.
Conduct repairs and maintenance with precision and professionalism.
Maintain own set of tools and ensure they are organized and ready for use.
Uphold dealership standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as an automotive mechanic working on a wide variety of vehicles, both older and new models.
Strong knowledge of engine systems, motors, and vehicle performance.
Ability to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
Must own and maintain a complete set of tools.
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to contribute positively to the team.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
