We are looking to add 2-3 more to our crew. We are a small landscape business based out of Germantown. We service areas in the Milwaukee/Waukesha County areas.
We offer a minimum of 45+ hours a week and $500.00 cash bonuses for employees that stay for over 6 months.
Services we provide:
Entire landscape renovations
General landscape maintenance
Patio, walkways, retaining walls
Drainage systems
Grading and Grass (Sod/seed)
Maintenance on machines/trucks
Plant Installation
Tree Trimming/Removal
Stone veneering and masonry work
What the job would require:
Having your own transportation to get to work, having a valid drivers license, being able to show up on time every day. (We are very strict about calling in and have a 0 tolerance policy on no call no shows). We will have a minimum of 40 hours a week every week, even working in the rain, until about midway through December. Then we transition into snow season.
Running your own snow site for winter is a possibility as well. We service 7 commercial properties in Brown Deer and are looking at adding 2 new contracts in the Upper East Side of Milwaukee.
Your pay will be based on your experience.
Bilingual abilities for speaking Spanish will be additional hourly pay.
