We are looking to add 1 more to our crew. We are a small landscape business based out of Germantown.
What we do:
We are never doing the same thing day to day.
It could be retaining walls, patio installations, plant designs, general landscape work, outdoor lighting, masonry work, window well installations, handing out flyers, doing various tasks at the shop, running to et materials, grading properties, installing drainage solutions, it goes on and on.
What the job would require:
Having your own transportation to get to work, having a valid drivers license, being able to show up on time every day. (We are very strict about calling in and have a 0 tolerance policy on no call no shows). We will have a minimum of 40 hours a week every week, even working in the rain, until about midway through December. Then we transition into snow season.
Running your own snow site for winter is a possibility as well.
Know the ins and outs of landscaping, please do not reach out if you have only mowed your lawn for however many years you have been alive.
Your pay will be based on your experience.
