Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and food service management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences. This role involves supervising staff, training new employees, and managing front-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee daily operations, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Train, supervise, and mentor staff to enhance performance and service quality.
Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Organize and manage special events such as banquets or private parties.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to meet health and safety standards.

Skills
