FRONT OF HOUSE RESTAURANT MANAGER
BLACK SHOE HOSPITALITY is looking for a quality individual that would be excited to join our FOH management team. Candidates must be able to lead a staff in a positive environment, have a great work ethic and be dedicated in offering our guests great food and service. We will consider a variety of backgrounds but a passion for hospitality and a clear vision of what leadership means is a must.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years’ experience in restaurant management
Solid knowledge of food, cooking, wine, beer & spirits
Exceptional level of Hospitality
Technology proficient
Formal education in Culinary/Hospitality is valued but not necessary
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
RESPONSIBILITES :
Train, lead and mentor the FOH team
Build guest relationships
Budget and control beverage and labor costs
Work with Chefs to build continuity within FOH & BOH teams
Innovative thinker with consideration of restaurant growth.
