Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of mixology, a passion for hospitality industry. You will be responsible for curating an exceptional guest experience, offering a wide selection of craft cocktails, local wines, and specialty drinks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails and beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain knowledge of current cocktail trends, seasonal ingredients, and mixology techniques
- Offer expert recommendations and educate guests about craft cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food and beverage regulations
- Collaborate with the team to create new drink specials and menu items
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a craft cocktail environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a high-energy atmosphere
- Knowledge of bar equipment and proper techniques for cocktail preparation
- TIPS or similar alcohol server certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
