Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Engineer II in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This remote role primarily involves reviewing and investigating quality engineering complaints within the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining service data, identifying risk levels, analyzing data trends, and developing strategies for continued quality performance.Responsibilities: Investigating and reviewing quality engineering complaints and associated service data Identifying risk levels and conducting in-depth investigations into problem codes and cause codes for each complaint Analyzing data from various quality inputs including Field Corrective Action, FDA Medical Device Reports, etc., to determine trends and systemic issues Preparing and issuing reports based on information analysis Reviewing existing investigation reports and identifying gaps for GMP compliance Developing strategies and plans to close identified gaps in an efficient and technical manner Monitoring and driving corrective action and continuous improvement activities that directly impact performance measures Conducting primary investigations, performing data analysis, and implementing corrective actions Supporting Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) and maintenance activities for existing product lines Recommending and/or supporting projects for improvements to the quality system as approved by management. Requirements Must have a solid understanding of Quality Assurance principles and methods. Proven experience in Engineering, preferably Quality Assurance Engineering. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Familiarity with R Code will be an asset. Strong skills in data analysis, particularly in interpreting and utilizing data for decision-making. Experience in handling and resolving complaints is necessary. Ability to plan, schedule, and manage various tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and compliance regulations. Experience in deploying new systems or processes is beneficial. Proficiency in documentation review and creation. Familiarity with different research methods and their implementation. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Experience with workstation support and database management. Skilled in planning processes and implementing corrective action when necessary. Experience in complaint handling and resolving customer issues effectively. Knowledge of conductivity in relevant fields is a plus. Ability to work under strict quality standards and regulations.
