As an expert in the fermentation industry, you'll provide strategic guidance to our global Biotechnology & Life Science Division, translating customer insights into innovative solutions that drive productivity and growth for our customers. If you thrive on the challenge of driving sustainable growth through consultative selling, we want you to join our team and help shape the future of our business.Responsibilities as the Sales Director of Procelys include: Knowing Your CustomersDelivering revenues according to the budgetImproving forecast accuracyLead the budgeting process for North AmericaFormalizing agreements with customersInitiating co-creation projects with customersPreparing monthly reporting scorecards (both financial as well as on customer centricity) and provide recommendationsEnsuring 100% adoption by your team of our CRM platform (Salesforce), which includes capturing competitive intelligenceArticulating your specific needs from other parts of the organization (e.g. Marketing) to ensure your team is set up for success e.g. technical sell sheet
