Description: This person manages the workflow across the Marketing, Photo and Creative Teams. This role manages all marketing/creative projects supporting the goals of the organization and partnering with cross-functional partners like merchandising, tech and engineering and data science. You will be responsible for driving process improvements within Marketing, Photo, Creative and data using project management software to automate and streamline workflows. You will work daily with various teams across the organization to lead projects and ensure a smooth execution. In this role you’ll plan, document, manage, schedule and track all aspects of creative/marketing/photo projects. You’ll work with Marketing Channel Owners to define a project's scope and effectively plan into different components to achieve its goals. You’ll also analyze any project risks, help identify blockers, adjust scope and priorities, and escalate any challenges as needed. In addition, you’ll manage creative/marketing review sessions and build out project timelines that account to allow for multiple rounds of revisions. You’ll proof-read all projects before they go live and act as an extra creative eye. Finally, you’ll work on process improvements, efficiencies and automations within our process and project management system, Asana. Requirements

Manage and optimize Wantable’s project management tools (Asana) for all creative marketing requests.

Organize and log all requests for the Creative/Photo/Marketing teams then summarize critical information to facilitate an efficient project workflow, always making sure the team understands the bigger picture strategy and company objectives.

Monitor due dates of in-progress projects and follow-up with project leads to ensure due dates are being met.

Regularly meet with the Marketing Team Leadership, Creative Director and Creative/Content/Photo Teams to assign work to the designers and set priorities for the creative team, including but not limited to design, copy, video editing, photography needs.

Analyze and optimize: Gather creative metrics and standardize reporting.

Work closely with the Photo Producer to serve as the liaison for all photo requests, including production, asset management, and retouching.

Attend key marketing team meetings. Take notes on strategy and project direction, milestones, action items, changes in work assignments, etc. Send follow-up emails and make any adjustments in Asana as-needed.

Run “sprint planning” and weekly Creative Stand Ups (aka weekly sprints) alongside the Creative Director to share out key priorities, project shifts, and answer any questions about upcoming projects. It’s important to ensure communication with marketing is detailed and consistent to share/decide how to prioritize as needed.

Keep Asana up-to-date with all project assignments, key due dates, deliverables, up-to-date information. Adjust regularly as projects shift.

Audit and optimize Wantable’s Asana structure and process. Build-in templates, effectively implement Portfolios and create numerous automations and flows to create a more efficient process.

Maintain relationships with our external vendors and ensure that the right vendors are selected for each job.

Communicate project status to internal stakeholders when project deliverables change.

Troubleshoot challenges, identify solutions and direct next steps to keep work and projects moving.

Alert Marketing and Creative leadership of any workload/capacity problems

Proof-read all creative deliverables and ensure brand guidelines are being met.

Double-check that any requested creative changes have been made correctly by the design/copy team.

Work closely with the engineering team on any cross-functional projects that involve marketing & creative.
