Job Description
The Product Analyst, based in our Milwaukee office,will report to the VP of Product and will join a high-performing team focused on developing connectivity and collaborative workflow between legal practitioners and expert witnesses. The Product Analyst will work closely with our product management, UX, development teams and key stakeholders, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to help maintain alignment and drive forward progress. This role will focus on developing a deep understanding of our end-users’ needs, building and refining our product backlog, and helping to facilitate a healthy, efficient, high-quality software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:Analyze usage, feedback and market data to inform product requirements and prioritization
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define workflows and capture key product requirements
Collaborate with user experience design to create and iterate visual artifacts to validate new concepts and support requirements
Build deep rapport with a development team; help motivate, unblock work, and chase open questions
Write high-quality user stories with strong acceptance criteria and supporting artifacts; enable efficient development and help minimize re-work
Refine user stories with the development team - field questions, absorb feedback and follow up reliably
Help operate our agile development process; schedule and facilitate standard scrum meetings and bring a continuous improvement mindset to retrospectives and planning sessions
Assist with troubleshooting on support cases escalated to the Product / Development team; dig into complex issues and become an expert on our tech ecosystem
Support our quality assurance testing process and the acceptance of user stories
Contribute to product strategy and go-to-market planning as business and product domain knowledge strengthens
Qualifications
2-4+ years of product management experience
Prior experience at a SaaS company preferred
Experience writing requirements, user stories and bugs
Experience with JIRA, Confluence or equivalent
Bonus if you have experience with Salesforce
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to apply feedback from various stakeholders
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
Ability to own projects through completion and collaborate effectively
Ability to empathize with end-users and clients
High bar for quality and attention to detail
