Train employees on the assembly of specific products.
Assist Supervisor in training/cross training associates at different work stations.
Operate various lifting equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks
Act as a technical resource to assembly team members to address and resolve inquires and problems and provide feedback to supervisors on recurring/major performance issues.
Use a variety of hand and power tools
Resolve technical/mechanical issues
Build product to daily/hourly productivity goals as assigned with assembly line team
Perform final assembly and inspection of product built to ensure that the product is per print and customers expectation.
Document, record and file quality checklists for each production run.
Maintain and monitor daily KPI’s recording hourly and shift results

Qualifications
At least 2 years of assembly experience
Blueprint reading and interpretation
Lead experience preferred
