If you think you have the drive and skills to fit into our diverse environment, apply today!Duration:  July to December 2025Pay: $16 per hourLocation: Milwaukee, WIRESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative support to leaders:Support the CEO and the Vice President on various projectsHigh-volume data entry into Excel spreadsheets, HubSpot, and ATS systemsCreation of PowerPoint presentationsMarketing tasks such as email campaign creation and executionResearch vendors, suppliers, and companiesTranscription of meetings Document new business processesAssist and support recruiters working on multiple clientsSourcing candidates for open positionsCall passive candidates to approach them with a new position. Persuade candidates to consider our open positions and compare them to their current positions.Schedule and conduct time-sensitive phone interviews and document conversationsPost jobs in the ATS and on job boardsIT Support:Backup data regularlyTransfer files when needed. Upload and download documents and spreadsheets to systemsMarketing ProjectsMaintain Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and other social media accountsDevelop and launch email campaignsProduce new marketing materials
