Take a look for yourselfHere's one of our own, talking about the culture, space and growth opportunities: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8O37KNINdY Provide imaging and setup services for new computer deployment Providing hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix Implementing virus detection and eradication procedures Diagnosing end-user system failures and implement repair solutions Diagnosing printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions Troubleshooting network devices to ensure connectivity from the PC to the network Providing installation and upgrading services of hardware and software Configuration and troubleshooting of smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices Setup and troubleshooting audio/video equipment such as projectors and video conference equipment Perform other duties as assigned Need to Succeed 1+ years corporate deskside support or equivalent experience with strong emphasis supporting Microsoft Windows Knowledge of multiple PC manufacturers and operating systems Ability to manage tasks leveraging ITSM ticketing software and workflow processes Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences Ability to adhere to scheduled shift Neat and professional appearance in compliance with site dress code policy Highly cultivated customer service skills Requirements Excellent troubleshooting capability Ability to troubleshoot and replace PC hardware Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred experience / exposure to: Microsoft Office / Office 365 suite Computer imaging software and data migration processes Examples - SCCM, Intune Basic network concepts (Active Directory / Workstation Domain Trust Relationship) Windows 10 architecture including permissions and file structure preferred Basic printer hardware and network support Endpoint protection and encryption (Bitlocker) support Remote desktop support tools Cloud-based applications including Google Suite and Office 365 Online Web browser support and configuration Wireless connectivity issues VPN troubleshooting VDI troubleshooting Mobile Device Management (MDM) Mac/Apple experience, a plus High School diploma or equivalent Maintain valid driver's license Ability to pass standard panel drug screening and background check
