This role combines legal analysis, client service, and project management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Client PartnershipLead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneysAnalyze case theories and develop targeted expert witness search strategiesTranslate complex legal needs into actionable research parametersProject ManagementOversee end-to-end client engagements across multiple service linesTrack and monitor client usage across the extent of a client’s contractEnsure timely delivery and exceptional quality of all deliverablesRelationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with attorney clientsPresent findings and recommendations to key stakeholdersProactively identify and resolve potential challengesServe as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process
