Education and Experience

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Bachelor's degree in civil engineering5+ years of experience in designing and managing a wide variety of site development stormwater projects.Professional Engineer registration in WI requiredProfessional Engineer registration in IL is a plusProfessional Land Surveyor registration in WI & IL is a plusExperience in utility design, grading plans/drainage, permitting and regulatory coordination is a MUSTExperience in site developmentExperience in subdivision designKnowledge of stormwater management design regulations.Proficient with hydrology and hydraulic software including HydroCAD and HEC-RAS and or SWMMProficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microstation,Experienced with Microsoft Office and Adobe AcrobatJob Responsibilities

Self-starter and problem-solverManage ProjectsOrganize work processes and staffPreparing ProposalsManage and Develop ClientsSupervise engineers, technicians and surveyorsDevelop construction cost estimatesWork on multi-disciplinary project workCommunicate orally an in writingWork in a team environmentBuild upon past experience working on City of Milwaukee, MMSD, and WisDOT projects is a plusPerform other related duties as assigned
